We were considering using McLeod/Paetec exclusively to provide voice, data, and internet services for our new state of the art call center in Champaign, IL. It was a series of promises made and promises not kept.
After meeting with Covaxis Systems Inc., an AT&T Authorized Distributor Solution Provider, all of that changed. I had the opportunity to work with Terri Lipscomb who has 40 years of telecommunications experience.
She provided the answers to my questions and promised that AT&T would solve my problems. All due dates were achieved on time, at a price that was equal to or better than McLeod/Paetec.
